Running - my training

Running.

I followed my schedule today. Went for running in the early hours, then head to rws for lunch.

Felt so good! But so tired. Managed to extend my training to 30mins from 10mins previously. Ha.

Maybe I should do more strength training too. How about climbing the stairs? I wonder if I can do that. I may be too tired already.

Great. Shall update next week's progress.
