Running - my training

Forgot - such a common word. But...I don't really like it.

Still I forgot.

Anyway, last week I maintained earlier record. i.e. 30mins run. Some says no progress is progress? I hope so. Maybe at least its not zero effort.

But I liked today's special. Running in a park. Air is much fresher and quite fun. It's a pleasure to see runners at that time. Plus the nice scenery. Refreshing!

What a great day.

P.s. Running along the side of the roads is not my fav.
