Gratitude 14 days Challenge 2013

It's 2013, so I decided to challenge myself a little. Spice up my life a little may be fun.

I 'passed by' this blog named 'Personal Excellence' this mar. I like her blog. She has articles on life issues, career related issues and etc. To me, I think that sometimes we do need advice from here and there to ponder - to decide. I like to search for solutions from various sources. Somehow it has become a form of pleasure activity for me. Maybe coz its fun?! Instead of relying on someone's advice, it seems more unbiased to obtain an objective decision. 

But how objective really depends a lot on ourselves. At least I don't want to blame anyone for my choices. How can I...I loved them. Its my choice to follow that advice, so take that responsibility.

Back to my challenge. It starts from 15th Aug. I know I'm late. But it's better late than never start.

Things you are grateful for

-list 10 things you are grateful for in your life today

  1. I'm thankful that I have a place to live in.
  2. I'm grateful to have a great parents and sister.
  3. I'm thankful to have great friends whom I always thought of.
  4. I'm thankful to be born in a great city with many opportunities.
  5. I'm grateful to meet great colleagues and bosses.
  6. I'm grateful for the chances that I were given
  7. I'm grateful to be living in comfort.
  8. I'm thankful for all the great songs that accompanies me when I feel down.
  9. I'm thankful for the chance to study.
  10. I'm thankful for everyday.

Also 3 things I'm grateful for today:

  • I'm grateful for the good digestive system. Feel better less bloated.
  • I'm thankful for having plans for later.
  • I'm grateful for caring mummy and daddy.


Tada...that's my first gratitude post for today.
