Day 2 C (Challenge)
Give Thanks for your food.
-verbally or mentally.
-savour every bite and appreciate the effort and time used to create the meal.
My Acts of Thanks.
- I made an effort to thank my mum for the delicious dinner.
- I'm thankful for the pack lunches bought from stalls.
- I tried to chew slowly. (actually i'm not trying to appreciate and savour every bite, it's just that the meat may be too hard) (ha)
Also 3 things I'm grateful for today:
- For that i managed to complete my task which i planned to accomplish during work time.
- For that i get to reach home earlier with the help of my great dad.
- For that i had great lunch and dinner today.
